Hello all, new here...

I have two SR3's both of which have the Geartronics paddle shift fitted. The older one of the two has had the system fitted later on during its life. Works fine except the air pump has started to cycle too frequently. I can also hear a small air leak from the valve block and it holds pressure for about 45 seconds between cycles when no shifting occurs.

I have talked to Radical about this and James mentioned sometimes it's a question of tightening down the valves on the block base.

Has anyone here had any experience opening the valve block and doing any work to it? I've gone as far as taking the top cover off but was discouraged form going further as it looks quite complex in there and did not want to cause any potential damage.

If anyone has any tips regarding this I'd love to hear them. :-)

Thanks,
Nick

Thanks for your reply Bert... How hard is it to unplug all the connectors and take out?

Cheers,
Nick

Thanks for the advice... Another costly item to have as spare "just in case" (along with TPS sensor, compressor, half shafts...) ;-)
