Had mine on radicals rolling road today for the first running after the transformation and it performed superb. My engine builder was breifed with the emphasis on reliability as I am using the car for endurance racing and the performance figures were outstanding from the dyno. 300 bhp at the wheels and 156 ft lb of torque, during the run, the car reached 175 mph !!! 1st track test this saturday.... can"t bloody wait.

Hi Adrian, yes we will be taking plenty of those along with chains and brakepads etc. all signs are very good regs reliability but as you know the proof will be when we get it on track and put it through its paces!! fingers crossed...

Gridgeway, the power at the flywheel is 375 bhp and was mapped in such a way that it is driveable in any gear at any rpm.
Refreshes approx every 25 - 30 hours if everything runs to plan.

Had a day at snetterton yesterday and the car performed faultlessly, I was surprised however, how quiet the car was, we had no noise issues and when the circuit static tested us, we registered 101db at 3/4 rpm! I can only describe the power as awesome, that is the only word that describes it. There was only 1 SR8 (V8) on track to compare it against and I was amazed when I drove past it down the revitt straight both of us on full chat. Apparently, the guy packed up at that point and went home !!. We have a few more testdays to do before the season opener at silverstone to fine tune the set - up to cope with the extra power so looking forward to those.

Rob, it is 375bhp at the flywheel and 299.98 bhp at the rear wheels when we dynoed it at radicals rolling road last week.
Andrew, it is without doubt an amazing transformation, although it was its first run on track after installation. All pointers are good though as we had no problems apart from the need to go up on fuel rating as the octane booster we were using was ok but on the limit. The company that has carried out the work are based in northampton and are called Greenhill racing and the guys name is Mark Fisher and his work number is 01604 586526.

At donington tommorrow on a general test day, any other like minded racers going to have a play in the snow ? Should be fun with 330+ bhp at the wheels !!

Adrian, we gained the extra horses by changing the exhaust system to 2 outlets (like the juno ) as the single pipe was "stangling" the engine and we have gone up on the fuel rating also, this is where the extra power has come from.
Managed a 1;06.65 on the donington national yesterday on old rubber so looks promising !

There were 2 juno"s on the day neither of them came past me on that stretch of track in fact they didn"t pass me all day, the guys from the juno team came over to take a look at the car wondering what was in it ! It has certainly stirred up and surprised a fair few including me I might add. Just need it to be reliable ( crosses fingers and everything else for that matter )

Myd, Donington is a great circuit I love it, more top speed on the prosport would be nice but im happy with it as it is right now being so driveable in any gear. Mark is just finishing mine off now, should be picking her up this friday!

Thanks myd, downforce on the rear is spot on, hardly moves at all. Front... has a bit of understeer but thats how I set the car up for racing. We are out at Brands GP on the 16-17-18th June at the EERC meet, sky tv will be present and filming our race apparently. Mark has done a great job on the car and the niggly problems have been very frustrating for the pair of us I can assure you, still.. onwards and upwards as they say !

The car performed fautlessly throughout the weekend and we qualified on pole in class by over 2 seconds. Mark was at the track to monitor progress but had a very relaxing time as the car was great.
Donington next on the 5th August, gonna book in for a couple of races elsewhere in between just to keep my arm in !

Had a good day at brands yesterday (Sunday) where we took it to the junos and jades lapping within tenths of a second of them! If anyone is looking for engine work on their cars then I thoroughly recommend Mark Fisher (01536 262555) who done my supercharged hayabusa installation that I run in my prosport and he has been very reasonable with costs compared to others !
My car is going up for sale soon if anyone is interested !!

Regards

Tony.
