Are these E type parts please

Long time ago my '69 4.2 E dropped a valve damaging head. Car was repaired ( with secondhand parts by garage) and old head & cams returned to me with the car. Now Years later and car long gone Im having a good clear out so though I would put them on flea bay cheap for reconditioning. Had a potential buyer surprise me by saying the cams are from a XJ6 as they have 4 bolt fixings at drive sprocket ends. When I bought the car it was 15 years old and I thought it had the original engine ,it did have the reeded cam covers. . I have included some pics of head & cams and wonder if any tech can shed light on E type or XJ6 items. Thanks in advance. Ian

Many thanks for the above...it clarifies the source of these parts and gives me confidence I bought correctly all these years ago...although the day of the blow up !!!!!!!! Best regards. Ian
