XF Advice Please

Hi All

I am considering buying the XF 3.0d from around 2009/2010

Just wondering what kind of mileage I should be looking at. Have heard if its too low then there may be issues on the horizon.

I was thinking of a £10K spend so likely to be around 65K miles

Anything else I should look out for? Should I be afraid of buying private?
