Very seriously thinking about getting one of these. Coupe in blue of course!

A few around at the moment and not selling very fast at all. Guess quite a limited/specialist market.

Not sure what else there is at same current price point, with the performance, other than a porsche, which I don't want!

What are views on future values of the XKRS, how far to fall do people think?

Also, what are the alternatives?
Not Porsche or Aston, need sufficient boot/ back seats for camping at Le Mans (counts f type out) and I love a V8!

Any views/ideas welcome.

Thanks for the responses.

I have driven a few XKRs and owned an early one, so yes, I know the back seat limitations!
Just want them for extra storage TBH .

Anyway, going to get one and see how I go smile

Congratulations on your purchase, So what was the response from your other half? It's my dream car!
He was pleased I think, quite surprised he liked the blue colour though, normally quite conservative.

Now waiting for next week and delivery - I will post pictures asap.

Lovely car. I had an XKR and it was fantastic. I enjoyed the XKR more than my DB9 and Maserati Grandturismo S MC Shift! Say's a lot. It's such a fantastic car to drive and costs peanuts to run too!
Thank you for this - I had a DB9 before, so glad you enjoyed the XKR more smile

Hi, I love driving mine. For me, just the right balance of fun factor, compared to comfort.
Always thought I would stick with manuals, but despite this not having the best auto box in the world, I like it - although I do use the paddles a lot.

To be honest I would have considered a V8 F type, but just coudn't live with the lack of storage.
I absolutely love the colour, and much to my surprise so do my friends!

The prices do seem quite variable between dealers - often start high, quite quickly reduce and then appear to sit unsold for some time. The main dealers I spoke to, don't appear to mind too much, presumably as they are quite rare and look good on the forecourt??

Good luck with your decision making smile
