C pillar window trim B6 A4/S4 removal

I've just discovered a small bubble of rust along the base of the black triangular piece of trim at the rear of the rear door widow of my S4. I'd like to take it off and refurbish before it gets any worse. Apparently there is a torx screw under the inside trim the holds it on. Anyone removed this piece who can offer any handy hints for removal/reinstallation?
