Scuffed interior

Buying an Audi A4 2004 which has a scuffed interior, particularly around the door handles and on the radio buttons. I am questioning this as the car is meant to have done 60k but interior looks like a lot more. Does anyone know if this is normal on this model/age?

I've seen online that the A4's have a bubbling/easily scratched interior - can anyone verify that?

Good to know. Here's link to what I found on another forum but I'm bit suspect of the wear-and-tear at 60k but it is 10 years old.
