Living with an R8 V10

Any R8 V10 owners on here that would like to share their ownership experiences?

Issues, servicing, MPG, recalls etc etc.

I'd be looking at using one fairly frequently for the 20 mile M1 commute. So knowing potential pitfalls would be great.
