B8 RS4 - questions...

Hello,

Why is it that some of the new RS4's have a silver front splitter (I think it's called a splitter - basically lower lip of the front spoiler) and also a silver piece of trim on the rear as well?

Also are there any real "must have" optional extras on these?

Cheers guys. The car I'm interested in doesn't have it and I was just wondering if it signified something important! I'm more interested in having the black optic option.

Sounds very similar spec to the one I'll hopefully be getting.

Car is in the midlands at the moment, unfortunately it didn't make it's way down south before xmas (would've been one hell of a present to myself), but should hopefully be mine before New Years

Ok, so after 6 weeks (SIX!) the deal on the RS4 has fallen through. Very, very annoying. I only waited this long as it was the exact spec I wanted, plus low mileage.


Soooo... if anyone has, or knows of, a sepang blue RS4 available for sale please let me know (black optic pack & black leather a must, as well as the V spoke alloys + as many other extras as possible!)

(Sensibly priced of course)
