Mobility purchase question

Hi,

A friend has just qualified for Mobility and is looking at a Q3 through the local dealer.

Does anyone know what the pricing flexibility or the haggle room is on Mobility - the initial quote given doesn't look that great to me so would like to see whether it is worth getting a couple of other dealers to bid on the business.
