Audi Extended Warranty
Discussion
My TT currently has an years extended warranty. I was under the impression that in order to maintain the warranty I had to have all service work completed by an Audi approved dealer. However, I was looking over the paper work last night, and it's worded as if as long as it's serviced in accordance with Audi's recommendations and I assume genuine parts it's covered.
Anyone know how it works or have any experience?

Audi fixed price servicing is pretty cheap anyway so unless you plan on doing it yourself you won't save much taking it to an independent.
I recently had it fully serviced and changed the brake and haldex oil at the TT shop for £400. I estimate Audi would have been a couple of hundred more. An they pointed out the "misting" shocks that Audi tried to ignore. So, I shall be sticking with them from now on.
