Audi A5 spare key coding

I've been given a blank new key to go with my recently purchased S5 as it was missing its spare. How do I go about getting this coded to work with the car and is it something I can do myself?

Unfortunately unable to take it back to where it was originally purchased from, that would've been the easy option...

Also the car has KESSY if that makes any difference/ adds extra complexity...
