VW Touran 06 1.9 turbo problem

HELP!!!! Anyone know how I can cheaply sort out my Touran Turbo problem. Once in a while, I have been having problems when I start the ignition, the car rumbles and wont start until I do this a few time and like magic it starts normal. someone told me it's probably a problem with the Turbo. It also doesn't have enough push when overtaking on the motorway. Any comments to help please. As for VW dealerships, I gave up on them when they wanted to charge me £270 for a fan heater resister problem that I fixed by just £18 for a replacement part and I fixed it without even a screwdriver. The part was just under the glove compartment. 2 seconds and done.

This all started happening after I changed the clutch on the car. Just thought maybe that will help
