With 400 miles remaining before the first service becomes due, I tried to book a first service today for my new Audi A6 Avant Tdi ULTRA.

The three nearest main AUDI dealers in the Cambridge area were all equally unhelpful.

The earliest available service date was 16th November 2016 (almost five weeks wait), offered by Cambridge Audi.confused

Fortunately, the AUDI has been faultless, the dealer experience from thinking about a purchase, arranging a test drive, pre-sales support and now service has been beyond disappointing.

The AUDI excuse for what I consider to be dismal service, was basically "You know we had some issues regarding exhaust emissions, well we are very busy correcting the affected vehicles".

What has been your recent experience of AUDI main dealer service...is it just me?

No courtesy vehicle required, however whilst the dashboard information provides a service countdown, I did not anticipate having to calculate my vehicle usage for the next five weeks so that I could get my car serviced at the appropriate time? wink
Fortunately I have never had this issue with my S Class MB, that has been looked after by the top notch MB independent specialist, Alex Crow. smile
