Seat Ibiza tdi problem

It's a 1.4 tdi ecomotive.

Glow plug light started flashing when on motorway a week or so ago. Stopped switched engine off and on it had gone off. Thought nothing of it. But came on again when revved above 3k rpm and noticeable loss of power - turbo not spooling up properly. Each time light would go off when I stopped and turned back on again and car would drive ok again. Yesterday the glow plug light starting flashing and yellow engine light came on. Does anyone know what this means?

I have been on several motorway runs lately so doubt it's the dpf. Research points to turbo actuator or egr valve.Anyone else had this problem and can help? Thanks

Thanks everyone. I will take it to a specialist to get the codes read and see what the deal is. Hopefully nothing too serious.
