audi a3 2.0 tdi DOESNT ALWAYS LIKE GOING IN GEAR!

hello.. i was wondering if any1 can help me..
my car sometimes wont go into reverse and 1st gear. when its in 1st and i just try
to put in back into N it wont let me unless i really pull it hard.
also if im in 1st gear and the clutch is down it slightly bits :S very confused!!
People have told me it could be something to do with the selector mechanism
or the gear linkage. hope this makes sence.

ohh my cars a 2005 plate audi a3 2.0 tdi sport if this helps lol

Yeh I think it's original. Eurocar parts do a clutch for £250. Or do u think I should get 1 from Audi??

Out was the gear selector nut on top of the gear box it was loose So done it up nice and tight... Job done lol )))

Remove air intake look down and u will see the gear box ad on top of that there is a selector nut ul know if it's loose cos it will move loads! Tighten it up! Also use locktight or something!!
