Bonnet Rollers

Right was playing about with car yesterday afternoon and started fixing my accumulation of goodies from the griff growl... on of which was the Leven Bonnet Stay....to fix this I took the old rollers off, which turned out to be squared off so need to order new ones.... but what else is in the assembly ?

Bolt with metal sheath, with the following slid on.... roller, washer, rubber gromit/disc against body work...... is there something that should go between the bolt and the roller, looked like the remains of some rubber but can't be sure or it could be 22 years worth of dirt ?

and also want to change the blue silicone on the bonnet stay to red... any ideas ?

that looks good..... bit of fairy liquid to slide new on.... I think a closer look to find what size
