In a dilemma, I'm just finishing re-commissioning a Griff and have no idea whether i should tone the mods down..or even remove some or all of them to sell it?
It's a 500 with SC and intercooler along with SC Power aero trim and internally it has a roll bar with 4 point harness (also has inertia belts so you can use either).
On top of that its got after market air vents in the bonnet, which will definitely divide opinion.
Would you remove any of it or sell as is?
If i sell it with all the mods where the hell do i pitch the price do the mods add value (which they should), or detract from the value?

We have replaced one of them and the car is at the body shop at the moment so this is a picture of the test fitting (intend to paint the vents gloss black to match the SC500 aero kit);

Thanks Barry took a while to find suitable aftermarket vents to tidy the bonnet up and give necessary engine bay cooling (FI is a bh for heat).
Matt, this is not bluebottle, this is a another one that i knew well as it belonged to a mate when all the mods were done.
It has a strong engine 57k with a refresh at about 53k iirc, and MA has worked his magic on it a few weeks ago so it runs very well again evil
Its got all the sensible upgrades to brakes, cooling and suspension to go with the performance.
Interior has had a complete retrim, hood repair and new rear screen, and the chassis and suspension has had a make over so its a good honest car now.

its just a little on the marmite side for many people which concerns me on where to pitch the price and whether i need to return it to stock...Personally i think a well sorted 400bhp Griff with really cool aero is a hit, but, i can only count on one hand the number of griff's that look like mine so i know i am in the minority when it come to opinion on griff exterior mods.

Pictures required?!

What sort of air vent's? Personally I think a major detraction. . Unless it is the fibre on bonnet (which look's OEM)

Roll cage not a problem.. unless look out of keeping..

Post up some pictures.as what you describe could be either subtle enhancements or modified bling

I'd get rid of the aero trim, if it is the car that I think it might be
got the car back from body shop earlier this week, and just finished putting all the trim and lights pods back on;

We debated colour coding them but came the conclusion the trying to camouflage the same colour just said "you're trying to hide them" so we decided to colour code them with the black splitter and winglets, which i think works better on a dark colour. If it had been a lighter colour i would have colour coded it all to the piantwork
