I have had the Griff for a few years now and think it may be time to have the outriggers done.

I have noticed various prices and in particular RPB Motors offer to do the complete outrigger replacement for £1750 all in.
I think they do this without removing the body, any thoughts or experience would be helpful.

Thanks.

I am not too bothered about the distance as I would incorporate visiting friends. I am more interested in the job done well at a fair price.

If your outriggers are looking the worst for wear, whats the remainder of your chassis looking like?

Wishbones, main rails especially underneath the body and manifolds.

I don't know what your budget is for this,Sometimes its worth to bite the bullet and getting the whole chassis done in one go rather than requiring another bodylift in afew years time?
Actually the chassis etc looks good.
I recently had the engine out for rebuild work and looked right along the tunnel and it's all in good nick.
I am really only wanting the outriggers done as a precaution due to the cars age.

I have spoken to a few companies now and it seems that it is possible to replace the outriggers properly without the body off.
Various methods are used but I like the sound of the X Works TVR option.

I'll put the funds together and then book it in.

Cheers!
