Targa/Window Seal

At any speed above 50 I end up with a gap appearing between the roof and top of the door window. Have tried adjusting the window, filling the targa seal but whilst helping, I still have the gap.

I have seen recomendations to fit the later seals as they are better than the orginals (1992 Griff 4.0). Has anyone done this or fitted any other seals.
