You don't know what I'm going to do yet biggrin

It's now been split lengthwise and the Bran Flakes packet has been used to transfer a profile from my E39 in readiness.

In theory it'll just squish out of the way if it encounters speed bumps etc.

I'm copying Spyschim's idea. It'll be cut lengthwise to create a concave rbber section just like any other splitter then I'll cut a profile (borrowed from the E39) on to the ends before I fit it to the car. The pipe is much deeper than I'll use to get the shallow internal radius.

It'll either be brilliant or st, I'm not sure which yet smile

I haven't decided as yet as the Griff is quite different to the Chim under the nose. I *think* I want it as far forward as I can get it.

Or it might create a low pressure area and draw the air out...

My cooling is pretty good, I'll soon know if it's causing a problem.

nono Besides, as this is rubber the idea is if it meets anything hard (such as a badger) it'll deform out of the way then spring back.
