Dropped the mini back onto A008's on 10" rims this week and looks good, lowered the rear by around half an inch and the front slightly less, (already been dropped before), adjusted the tie bars, then went to do a grease of the ball joints. I replaced one over the winter and cannot get any grease into it. Changed the nipple still no luck. Its not tight but I wonder if the clearances are just a little too fine?
Oh and changed the rear brake shoes, one side fine, the other is fine, until you tighten the wheel nuts up, then it starts to bind. The drum is spotless inside, it must be just catching somewhere.....
Off to Harewood again at the weekend, please pray for dry weather.

Thanks Dan, that was my plan. It's only done around 300 mile since it was installed. Have two trips to Harewood this weekend then I don't know what. Had the car up for sale for a while now with little or no interest as it's modified and not concourse. So bought some new tyres for it to cheer it up a little. A008's.

Cheap ball joints don't have a big enough flat on the "ball" to allow grease to flow.

Your increased suspension angles may have made this worse.
Hmmm, interesting thught, I can't recall when I bought them (still have one in a bag) whether I bought the expensive or cheap ones.
