my new race car

hi guys, havnt been on here for a while so i thought i should show you what ive been up to.

i bought a new, more complete race car, its a '63 cooper 's'(accually 850 but logged as an s) sports sedan, ive started rubbing it back for painting, aswell as starting to paint the interior, and sort out its engine, brakes etc....









brakes are from an 83 honda civic, on mini drum hubs.



mq steering wheel with quick release hub.





and a tiny fuel tank! 15 litres (or less maybe)



ive also been out in meeni, here are some pics of me at hay 2006, an all mini motorkhana event

i dont know what the rules are here, i used acrylic pressure pack stuff. im not really bothered about it, im getting it painted at the panel shop i work at
