Hi all,
Just bought a 2010 HSE Luxury TDV6, and would like to get it serviced ASAP.
The 4th (major) service... who are recommended main dealers in the area please? I've tried to have a look around and there are no recent threads for feedback. The Ascot dealer is fully booked for 2 weeks, whereas Reading has availability in 3 days (is that saying something?!)

Guy Salmon, Synter, Ascot
http://www.sytner.co.uk/guy-salmon-land-rover/asco...
£620.00 = parts/labour/vat inc (major service)
£103.08 = brake fluid change
£703.08 TOTAL

Lancaster Reading
http://www.lancaster.reading.landrover.co.uk/Owner...
£582.97 = parts/labour/vat inc (major service)
£59.95 = brake fluid change
£642.92 TOTAL

Harwoods, Edenbridge (Kent) just for comparison as it went there last time, offered the full "Allegiance" loyalty discount
£500.00 = parts/labour/vat inc (major service)
£85.00 = brake fluid change
£585.00 TOTAL

Rovertune, Reading
An independent specialist, not a main dealer
http://www.rovertune.co.uk/
£448.56 = parts/labour/vat inc
£42.01 = brake fluid change
£490.57 TOTAL

Nick Kerner 4WD, Winkfield
http://www.nk4wd.co.uk/servicing/

Any others recommended?

I look forward to your feedback!
Thanks,
Xstyle

Thanks NbD, however no message received?
(I have had to re-verify my email address, if you wanted to try again?)

Both Lancaster and Rovertune can fit me in this week, which is great.
However I am tempted to go with Lancaster for being a main dealer and at least trying out the whole experience.
The car is relatively new, will only be the 4th service.

I can't find any feedback at all on Lancaster Reading though??
Surely someone has used them?

After much research on here, Pistonheads, FFRR, I've decided to go with an Indy.

NK4WD good reviews too, but will go with Rovertune.
It's not about the price, as there's not a lot on it really, I just want to make sure it's looked after!

My car has had
9k A service
20k B service
31k B service
40k B service (I should have said a 48k service, but it's had the 64k one)

Does this make much difference? I guess it's just been over serviced, as the B one is the major?

Rovertune were great. £850 in end, as needed front and rear brake pads too, for which they have me a slight discount.
Well recommended!
