Just FYI, Mrs Get just ordered another Evoque 5 door SD4 after 3 years and +/-35k miles, and got just over 66% residual value. Compared to my disasters with Defenders (which I still love) and a hapless Disco 2, that's pretty damned good.

Just thought I'd give you a heads up, as she was early in line when it came out, so three years is about up.

Out of interest. Not one single problem with the car, at all. A first for LR in my experience. Good work Halewood. Only Audi have provided a car that had no problems before. Aston, Porsche, BMW all notable failures.

... Interesting info.

We're only our second in 2 years (latest one being bought brand new in april this year). Just out of curiosity, did you get the 66% from trade in or via private sale?

Thanks,
Kris
From main dealer as a trade in for a new vehicle. I'm sure I wouldn't have got a good as deal if I wasn't re-buying... but have been in the same place with several marques, and have never got 66%. It seems to be keeping it's value well.

I've seen similar % residual on both our 4 year old Discovery 3 at 4 years old and 44K miles and again with our Disco 4 at 3.5 years old with 33k miles.
You did well.. Disco 2 was a nightmare.
