Yes it's the cross over from series to defender. So leaf springs and permanent 4wd. I love the styling of the actual series 3, but the 6 cylinder model is few and far between.
Yes you can remove baffles in the carb for more power? It would be a toy so mpg not really a worry. I know rust on the series tend to be bad but i think the chassis is good; the bulkhead defo is.
