Range Rover with 140k miles?

I looked at below earlier.

It has 140K miles on it.

Body is in good condition overall.

Wheels are quite scuffed but tyres are new.

Interior is not bad. Drivers seat is fairly well worn.

Are these good for alot more miles? Am I looking for trouble with this? What else do I need to look out for?
