Defender bulkhead replacement choice.

Good time of the day to everyone.
I have 1997 300tdi Defender. I was repairing rotten corners on bulkhead untill it became clear that there is no corners left to repair. Rot was so bad that I pretty much lost my entire top of the bulkhead as well as having holes below the bonnet fixing mounts. So I decided to take it out and replace.
But here is my problem. The original bulkhead is pretty much impossible to find in good condition. So replacement will have to be more modern.
I found 2 bulkheads. Similar in price and condition. One is from Puma the other one is from TDCi. I understand that they both will need work in order to fit. But in your opinion which one would be a better finish?
