I am not sure if this should be in SP&L but will try here.

Manufacturer will offer us UK exclusivity if we order xxx of his gizmos, great I say what if your French disty sells them to a French reseller who sells them to a UK competitor.

"We can legally stop that" no you cant I think to myself but say nothing as I don't want to spoil the lucrative deal.

I am taking advice but as ever I am also throwing it on here for any feedback.

I cant stop it at this level so I have offered to take the stuff on a none exclusive none high quantity basis. lets see how long it takes them to understand this.

To be honest I have been the aggressor myself buying a German headset makers wares in Poland and selling them in Germany undercutting the German distribution network, they couldn't stop me and how they tried!
