Am I within my rights when the company plan to bring in a pay change to ask to view the following.

What our estimated monthly pay will be?
break down of bonus figures detailed so you can see exactly what earns what bonus and how much?
Do you have to except a change in pay or because its a change in your contract of employment can you choose to stay as is?

Its part of the original contract but is currently not detailed to give an exact £per job. So you don't know till the end of the week how much if you have earned.

When I first starting working there It was explained that a set weekly number of jobs was the target. Then anything after that you earn bonus depending on the type of job it was. It didn't how ever detail what type of job equated to how much bonus. It was something I further questioned or asked for clarity when I started working there as I was just happy for the job at the time.

For most people within my company the new pay structure will be a good thing. A higher basic for the same amount of work that there already doing. Unfortunately I do work harder than others and more hours due to working rest days. This has always been to hit bonus and earn more money. I'm sure I will just have to except the new pay structure it just means for myself and few other it will come as a pay cut.
