Jus had my first taste of the eBay Managed Returns Process

Wow today was my first day using the managed returns - It keeps crashing out but more importantly it really is a scammers delight isn't it.

I can imagine this taking up a lot of time during Xmas - Free presents for anyone at all and a right hit on the defect rate.

Should be very interesting
