Novelty Cardboard Face Masks

I've been looking around for personalised novelty cardboard masks, the type with a bit of elastic that go around your head.
I want about 200 for a bit of promo stuff for a show coming up but I'm amazed at the cost of them £2.50 per mask is the cheapest quote I've had so far! I was anticipating about 50p per mask maximum! Am I really that far out?
Anyone know anyone who makes this kind of thing?
