Company name a bit close for comfort!

Playing around on riskdisk and decided to credit check one of the company's I'm a director of, only to find that I get the option of a new company I have not seen before, We are 'Halo Lasers Ltd' & they are 'Halo Laser Services Ltd" looking at the rules of naming companies these seems a no-no but still companies house has allowed it, I cant find much about our new namesake other that its probably a Husband/Wife outfit and the wife is a barrister. I doubt it will ever cause any real problems but I would rather get it sorted sooner rather than later but I don't know who I should contact, Companies House was not very helpful, the lady I spoke didn't seem to understand the issue. Has anyone had any experience of this type of thing before, to be honest if I hadn't looked I would probably never found out about them and they might disappear in a year or so, but i do know and its bugging me a bit.
