Part-time Sales Person

To grow the business I need a sales person, but don't need a full time person, perhaps 2 days a week. Would rather someone good and expensive (who comes with a contacts list of MD's and FD's who'll give him/her the time of day, for a few hours a week than someone average pay but poor results full time.

I'll also recruit a graduate marketing person to support them so the sales person can concentrate 100% on chasing up leads/referrals etc.

Does anyone know the best place to find someone? Obviously I can put an ad on a job board like Monster or I can engage a local recruitment consultant, but looking for other ideas? Thanks.
