Minor variations - like "and" vs. "&" are usually treated as equivalent to the form specified in the registration.

It's a play on words that is associated with what I do. I'll just use the version with 'and' but don't want anyone using something identical, but with an '&', that's all. Safe to cover both on the same application you reckon? Thanks!
