Start up- practical questions

Hi Folks

I need the following, any advice greatly received:

1) On the spot, online and over the phone card payment facility for use at a home office.
2) Business bank account.
3) Stationary/ business cards.
4) Public liability insurance, indemnity insurance, car insurance for business use to include carrying passengers (not a taxi).

Before I start trawling around if anyone can recommend providers of the above I'd be very grateful.
