Any suggestions as to how the company I currently contract for could do away with printing of month end audit paperwork and replace with PDF (or similar) documents, with electronic review/approval?

The business has 70 entities and is moving to Sarbanes Oxley soon, they really don't want to print masses of documents to sign and file, but are still relatively small-minded from a process point of view.

Any suggestions would be welcomed :-)
