Assertiveness Course

My daughter has recently taken a job as a receptionist at a hair & Beauty Salon. She is 19 and is struggling with the balance of being liked and delegating work. Coming home in tears due to frustration and a feeling of being bullied.
I feel an Assetriveness course would help with her self confidence and people skills.
What do you think. Do I just go to the local College of Knowledge and pay £200 for a day course, what alternatives are there.

... just reading your details. there's a chap in MK called Gary Williams an NLP and EFT coach. He's a thouroughly good egg!
