Best Mortgage Deals ?

My fixed rate mortgage has come to an end so its goodbye to 3.9% and hello to some astronomical variable rate (dont have the paperwork here but it was >7% !!!) . I have no tie in so looking for a new deal. I know I'm not going to get even close to my old 3.9% but where should i be looking for a good deal ?
