Self Cert Mortgages still possible?

Right, am looking for a self cert mortgage for about 120k - been offered a house at 30k less than it's worth - problem is I am a director with 50% shares and 1st year accounts are about a week away from being completed.

Is it going to be possible in the current climate? and what kind of monthly payments am I looking at on that amount?
