What iPhone?

I am due for an upgrade on my contract.

My options are

iPhone 3, free

iPhone 4, £39

iPhone 4s, £49

Which would you go for? Is the 4 or 4s worth the extra cash?

I will be keeping the phone for 24 months.

Any rumours on when the 5 is out? Or what new features it will have?
