I have a 10 year old Dell running XP..
I have basic computer skills and decided it makes sense to buy a new desktop rather that upgrade my old computer.
I have read the various posts re. upgrading to windows 8 or Ubuntu or Linux but do not have the confidence to go down that route.
Thinking of spending say £400/£500 just for mainly surfing the net ,emailing,(no gaming).
What do you suggest ?
Another Dell and if so which model or do Currys have a good deal on a suitable model ?
