Am looking at changing my mobile provider to 3. I use data more than voice/texting and an S5 on their all you can eat deal is £40 per month.

What is peoples experience with 3? Are they any good?

Thanks for that, basically i was looking at price for price, current costs against what I'd get for the same price.
Do you get issues with coverage?
I did notice in their pricing that texts are priced in minutes, so I presume that they come out of the talk time?

Thanks for the responses. Basically call coverage seems to be the biggest issue. Am not a big talker on phones, so what is the data coverage luke?
Speaking to work colleague, he said he would call a friend on 3 and leave a message, then have to leave another to push the first through. Anyone else had this?

I have 2 phones, both phone 5’s, one is work on O2 and the other is mine on Three so it should be a fair like for like comparison.

I also travel around the UK quite a bit with work.

Be under no illusion, Three is significantly better than O2 for voice call coverage, 4G coverage, speed of 3G and data coverage. You also get to use your allowance in certain foreign countries free of charge.

If I use spotify on my works phone whilst driving around, I have regular drop out of signal. Spotify on my Three phone rarely drops and when it does, it picks the signal up again fairly soon.

I was apprehensive about going to Three and a potentially poor signal but I've found that nothing is further from the truth.

Good luck.
Thanks all, I found this most helpful as I am looking to use it to stream iplayer etc on the commute, and internet radio in the car.

I think the only question I'll have with Three is about tethering my tablet, something I do when I have work to do.
