Laptop for browsing web..

I currently do not own a laptop but could do with one. I pretty much just need it for browsing the web and syncing my phone to it, bit of music and running diagnostics on my car.

What would be the recommendations offered here for a laptop?

Who said I wasnt technical? My day job is fixing Windows servers, SCCM deployments, SCOM monitoring and configuring etc.

I could go out and get a high specced laptop, but I don't need or want one. I just don't live and breathe computers
