Dual Monitor Tools?

Think Windows 7's dual monitor support could be described as rudimentary at best

Does anyone have any suggestions of tools they use to improve the situation? Task bar, snapping, etc.



(I know 8.1 is a bunch better but I'm waiting to see what next month brings with regards to Win9. Don't want to wipe the machine for 8.1 and than again for 9 )
