iPhone or Galaxy...or anything else really?

I was off the day they were teaching us about technology, so bear with me.
I want a phone that can give me easy access to 3 or 4 email accounts, send and receive pics and videos and HAS to be easy to use. I'm assuming the iPhone and the Galaxy do all this fairly easily?
What would you recommend? I have a blackberry and it's ste.

One last question. I don't use the internet on my phone, but if I were to say browse PH for a while on a daily basis, would 1GB of data be enough? No idea about these things unfortunately.
