buy, rent or lease a Mac?

As a powerfully built director of my own (very) limited company I've always bought the Macs I use for business. As a result I have a growing pile of busted MacBooks in the corner of the study.
I see that Apple is now offering the option of renting or leasing an iMac. Given that all the machines I've bought invariably end up worthless with borked motherboards, the idea of leasing one, and then getting a new latest model after two years, has a certain appeal. But no doubt there is a catch.
What's PH thinking on the wisdom or otherwise of leasing a Mac?
