Internet Explorer Won't Work On Startup.

Here's an interesting one for you techies.

For about a week now every day when I start up my PC, internet explorer won't work. It just comes up with an error message.

I have learnt thought that if I use system restore and restore it to the windows update of early that morning that it then works fine.

Any ideas why?

It's Windows 7, IE 11 and I can tell you the error message in the morning lol.

The message says "this page can't be displayed".

I haven't done anything about it yet as I have been busy today.

I turned off the PC when I went out this afternoon and when I turned it back on this evening I had to do it again.
