Nexus 9 - Anyone got one?
Discussion
As iOS 8 has pretty much wrecked by iPad 2 it's time for a new tablet.
The iPad Air 2 is one option but I'm also considering a Nexus 9. I'm an Android man when it comes to phones as I like the customisation options but I'm less bothered about these in a tablet. Money isn't really an issue and I'd simply go for the base model of whichever I choose. I like the residuals of Apple devices and the three year warranty John Lewis are throwing in is also good. I'm just worried though that if I go for Nexus it might feel a little, well, cheap...
Anyone got experience of using the two and thoughts as to which is best (and why)?
Plenty of reviews on the net I know but it's always good to hear 'real' reviews.

Hmmm, I hadn't considered a Samsung device. It looks an interesting piece of kit but I want to know that I'll get updates quickly and that it will give me three years of decent use. I think it's therefore still down to my two original options.
Most reviews seem to be saying if you can afford an Air 2 then go for it. Leaning toward a 16GB gold one with the brown smart case.
But I do like the idea of getting my hands on a new lollipop device...

Well, went for an iPad Air 2 in the end. Overall experience is obviously very similar to my old iPad 2 but man is this thing quick. Touch ID works well and the screen is unbelievable; I keep zooming in on text just to see how smooth it is.
Highly recommended but I'm sure the Nexus 9 is awesome too.
