rooting lg g3

Hi all,

I've got the lg g3 and got so fed up with it being laggy I decided to root and add a custom ROM, which has worked wonders, just a heads up in case anyone else is getting fed up with how slow it runs

It's a good phone, on paper the specs should mean it runs smoothly, however it can lag at times, some of my friends don't notice it on theirs , but I think compared to a lot of the other phones out there it shouldn't happen, now I've rooted it I'm very happy with it as I don't want to wait 5 secs for the message app to open sometimes

Hi Im using cyanmod 12 at the moment based on lollipop 5.2 all good so far, like a new phone, also if you Google lg g3 lag issues there's a few developer setting you can change to see if it helps. My phone used to get really warm but after custom rom no longer an issue

Good job! How you getting on with it? I'm now using darkknight 5.5 and prefer it as I can use my circle case with it and it's much more like stock including the camera app
